The Shah Jahan Restaurant
I was approached by a restaurant The Shah Jahan in Salisbury, to paint two large bespoke interior murals as part of their refurbishment. Both walls were 1.5m high, one wall was 4.5m in length, the other 9.5m in length. Their owner first approached me at the beginning of November and after a brief discussion about colours and designs, I set to work. Each bespoke wall comprises of Asian inspired patterns and shapes, some cut from a laser cutter to give a slight 3D raised effect. This was my first, of hopefully many, inside a restaurant, and I am happy to say that I, and the owners, were pleased with the results.
