What a busy few months!

ART CLASSES

My first 6 week Art class came to an end on Wednesday….although they all want to continue which is lovely. I couldn’t have asked for a better first class, they were all enthusiastic, willing to learn and improved their skills - a teachers dream! I am running more classes on Monday mornings beginning 3rd March, and another Wednesday class starting 23rd April. Visit the Art Class section for more information, and the Shop to sign up if you’re interested.

PEPY’S WALK MURAL

The Pepy’s walk mural is officially being opened on April 14th at 12pm. Our local MP, along with the marketing and site manager of Old George Mall, Salisbury BID, (who funded most of my paint), and the headmaster of Bishop Wordsworth’s school, will be helping me open it. Do come along if you’re in town that day.

GALLERY/SHOP

The Gallery/shop is doing really well, lots of interest, lovely comments and lots of sales too! I am currently painting two 1.2m x 2m murals at the moment, one quite illustrative and the other more realistic. I like the idea that I can paint large murals which can then be transported to an outside or inside space and screwed into the wall. That way, they can be moved easily for convenience and there’s no need to drag all my paints and resources into a clients property.

Four of my original Salisbury paintings, shown below, are now in Aroma cafe on the High St, it’s lovely to have my work in other venues across the city.

NATIONAL TRUST - STOURHEAD

The merchandise with my painting on, is now arriving in the Stourhead shop. As soon as it is all in, I hope to visit and bring some examples to display in my Gallery/shop. I am looking forward to drinking from a mug with my painting on! :) I also hope to have some of my prints and cards displayed in their shop as well which is exciting!

There are also lots of possible exciting ventures in the pipeline so watch this space!
